Best Places to Buy Ammo in 2024 (works for Californians too!)

I’m excited to share these two little-known places to buy ammo with you guys, I’ve told about this to maybe 50 people over the last year and it seems like none of them knew about it so I really hope you appreciate this video. If you’re like me, you want to find ammo at the cheapest prices, especially during an ammo shortage like what we’ve experienced, who wants to pay more than they need to? These two places will help you ensure you can buy ammo at the best prices online.

If you live in California, this is going to be especially important because there are some specific california ammo laws that make it a bit more difficult for us to buy ammo online. You can’t get it shipped to your house and you will have to find an FFL to ship to that will accept it. It sounds more confusing than it is, once you see how the process looks like, it will be super easy.

  1. I never buy more than 500 rounds at a time, but never got free shipping with 500. With the exception of Walmart, markups in local shops is very high in Florida. Albeit Walmart no longer sells handgun ammunition, 5.56, 223 or 7.62×39. Gunshows usually tend to be overpriced, in addition to the admission fee you have to pay to get in. Some bigger show venues also charge for parking.

  2. I’m confused. Thanks for the info but I don’t see any “deal” for Ca’s by doing this over just contacting local FFL’s. They’re still going to charge their fee. Again, not being rude but this doesn’t seem to help.

  3. My state of Ohio still has ammo at Walmart but there’s no pistol ammo (9, 380, 40, 45 etc.) but they sell 22lr.

  4. And states need to stop adopting law from California that have no constitutional protections behind them like red flag and restraining orders and court orders they need to mind their own business and leave we the people alone and stop getting into civil wars for peace over seas it’s there wars not ours and do your job and protect our boarder and listen to we the people we are in. Charge of our lives in the USA not the police or government or health department

  5. Believe it or not, my sporting goods in my area is the cheapest i can find (not commiefornia). Cheaper than bereli, e.g fiocchi is 0.23 cents, bought some yesterday. No shipping needed.

  6. If u like firearms get the heck out of California and Illinois and New York and states they use strict policies and strict scrutiny

  7. On Ammo Seek you can set your search to find/show only results for free shipping. On the left had side under the "Shipping Rating" move over to the last option on the right which is "Option F" this will target your results to list free shipping only. Refresh your search options with the seek now button and you will have pages of results from one box to over 1,000 rounds if you like. When buying bulk ammo it is truly the best way to go!

  8. Ammo depot. They run deals all the time. Ammo seek is a good resource but they list a bunch of junk too. So you really have to check the reveiws.

  9. Before you buy from any of the many unheard of sales outlets be sure to do your homework and make sure they are not bogus, many of them are. Also compare shipping rates some are making their profits on shipping. And all must charge sales tax.

  10. Im happy my family got orders for fort Bragg and returned to North Carolina instead of staying in California, fucking everything is more expensive in Cali and crazy ass gunlaws to

  11. prices are still whacked, 9mm sb no more than .12-15/round, and 223/556 sb no more that .18-20/round.
even 22lr is crossing into .07-12/round.

  12. I found a few great online stores on ammoseek.
Ive been shootibg for 4 years now.
    I found 50 round boxes of FEDERAL HST’S 124 gr standard and +p for $27 a box.
Seems cheap to me comparwd to 3 4 years ago when it was around $65- $70

  13. Boycott and make note of the stores online that tried to overcharge for ammo during the pandemic. One that i avoid now is Cheaper than ____. They were on the high end around that time just taking advantage of people.
